Social Programs
A variety of social programs are held on an ongoing basis to help adults get out of the house, meet others, reduce loneliness, and have fun. Also offered are groups for peer support and sharing of resources and information. Most of our social programs are facilitated by BQWCHC volunteers.

Mental Health Programs
A variety of group sessions are offered periodically through the year to help people learn information and skills to cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, powerful emotions, and more.
These groups are being offered during the coronavirus pandemic:
- Bouncing Back from Anxiety and Depression
- 'Bouncing Beyond' Peer Support Mental Health Group - for those who have completed a mental health group program with a Social Worker
- Calming the Emotional Rollercoaster - for youth ages 16-24
- Managing Powerful Emotions
- Mindfulness & People Skills - for those who have completed the Managing Powerful Emotions program
- Meditation and Mindfulness
- Meditation and Mindfulness Practice Support Group - for those who have attended a Meditation and Mindfulness group
